About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding care. As a seasoned Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register, you'll bring a wealth of experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
You'll take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. You'll lead, motivate and mentor your team, delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home.
Your role will involve carrying out assessments, developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents. You'll monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at around £40,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you'll receive a range of benefits, including private healthcare cover, company stakeholder pension scheme, 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, and many more.
We offer excellent recognition schemes, such as Kindness in Care' and Long Service Awards, as well as an attractive refer a friend scheme of up to £1000 per referral, depending on the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for a Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register. You'll also either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments is essential. You'll also need to be able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.
