About the Role

As a Store Manager with Pets at Home Group Plc, you will be responsible for managing our Pet Care Centres, ensuring maximised sales and performance across all major KPIs. You will lead a highly engaged and high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of at least 10 people to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in a similar retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week
  • Passionate about delivering high standards and great results
  • Team player with excellent communication skills to engage and inspire the team
