Aerospace Engineering Specialist

CBSbutler Ltd. seeks a highly experienced aerospace engineering professional to join their team as an Aerospace Engineering Specialist.

This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of aviation manufacturing at our world-class facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead investigations and technical solutions for design-related issues.
  • Provide expert approvals for manufacturing non-conformances.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineering team members.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage critical technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant airworthiness standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Current or previous T200 Design Approval certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in aerospace engineering, preferably with a strong technical background.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities, including stakeholder management and autonomous working.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 per annum.
