Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Merchandising Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of inventory specialists and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of inventory specialists to ensure accurate and efficient stocktaking
  • Communicate effectively with store teams and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the growth and development of the team
  • Hold a full driving license and own a vehicle with Class 1 business insurance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail services and stocktaking
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Full driving license and own vehicle with Class 1 business insurance
