Job Description: Commercial Enablement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Enablement Expert to join our team at Oritain. As a key member of our global commercial enablement team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful commercial enablement programs that drive sales performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop compelling commercial enablement programs for sales teams, ensuring regular updates and enhancements to keep content fresh and impactful.
  • Leverage various instructional techniques to boost engagement and drive long-term knowledge retention across all learners.
  • Conduct dynamic in-person and virtual training sessions to drive user adoption and maximise productivity with key CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Lead the creation and execution of onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are fully trained on essential sales tools, processes, and methodologies from day one.
  • Maintain detailed training records and performance reports to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Sales Training, or a related role.
  • Ideally, you've transitioned from a sales role into a Sales Training position, bringing first-hand knowledge of the sales process.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful sales training programs, with a solid grasp of sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, or Challenger.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
