Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work collaboratively with the wider field team and the Support Office to develop and deliver focused store-specific strategies, optimizing patient care and profitability. Your stores will connect with the community and the wider business to drive business success.
You will be required to travel and work within the stores within your hub, ensuring a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. With a leadership team across your stores to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in a retail environment with experience in managing in a clinical environment
