We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Assistant Supervisor to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of Automotive Fleet Assistants to ensure compliance with routine scheduled maintenance, vehicle deep cleans, and other fleet-related tasks.
- Allocate work schedules to team members based on maintenance requirements, vehicle availability, and other factors.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Develop and implement processes to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Management team to ensure that all fleet-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and other key indicators.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Knowledge of fleet management software and systems, including maintenance tracking and vehicle utilization.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
