We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Assistant Supervisor to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for supervising our regional Automotive Fleet Assistants (AFAs) to ensure the highest level of service delivery and compliance with our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work schedules to AFAs based on scheduled maintenance, vehicle inspections, and repair requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor AFAs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance fleet operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the fleet management team to identify and address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
