About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary team staff in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
- Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records.
Requirements:
- GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
- Experience in a similar environment and mental health.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
