About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Field Service Engineers in the Carlisle region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our network infrastructure

• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Salary and Benefits:

£29,000 - £36,200 per year salary range (dependent on experience)

Overtime opportunities available

Performance-based commission structure

Requirements:

• Must live in one of the following postcodes: CA1, CA2, CA3, CA4, CA5

• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
