Surgical Department Lead Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Team Leader to lead our surgical department at Ashtead Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting theatre operations, working closely with surgical teams, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

About You
You will have NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions, as well as experience in supporting a team in a nursing setting. You will also possess surgical scrub experience and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. A flexible and positive attitude is essential for this role.
