Career Opportunities

We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Loveday Kensington. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and support the housekeeping team in promoting outstanding infection prevention control practices and achieving high-quality standards.
  • To manage the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • To oversee the procurement and management of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • To develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols, aligning with industry best practices.
  • To collaborate with other departments, such as care, kitchen, maintenance, hospitality, and activities, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • To maintain accurate records and meet statutory and company requirements, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission and Health and Safety regulations.
  • To identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Your Benefits:
