About the Role:

  • You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Furniture inspection and repair will be required to meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bench joiner or similar role in woodworking.
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
  • A strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality furniture.
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of different wood types and their properties.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with custom and bespoke furniture projects is a plus.
