Auditor Position

Cosine Group is seeking a skilled Auditor to join our team.

Your role will involve speaking to personnel who serve the lottery in store and asking them questions to identify knowledge and training gaps.

As part of this role, you will be asked to provide feedback on the steps of the call and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with retailers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Be reliable and committed to meeting visit targets.
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to speak to contacts of all levels within the retail sector.
• Work efficiently to plan your day and journeys.
• Have access to a smart device to enter results via the App in store.
• Have use of your own vehicle and be able to travel to various locations within a postcode area.

Working Hours:

• Minimum of 20 visits per day, worked between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
• Working hours will be arranged with your Regional Manager.
