Job Overview

Pertemps London is seeking a highly skilled Housing and Neighbourhood Lead to lead the delivery of value-for-money neighbourhood and sheltered housing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Housing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement housing strategies and business plans that integrate with council manifesto commitments and strategic priorities.
  2. Budget Management: Manage resources effectively, advise on financial impacts, and ensure services operate within allocated budgets.
  3. Service Improvement: Drive continuous service improvement and identify opportunities for innovation and transformation, working closely with stakeholders and the Assistant Director of Housing Management.

About the Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £162,000 per annum (£450 per day, umbrella company), making it one of the most competitive salaries in the industry.
