Job Description

A leading insurance company, Sellick Partnership, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Company Secretary to join their in-house legal team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending office meetings twice a week and participating in monthly board meetings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing meeting materials, such as agendas and action logs
  • Compiling board and committee packs and performing quality assurance on the materials
  • Taking efficient minutes of board and committee meetings
  • Liaising with the leadership team across the Group in the UK and globally
