Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be working with clients in their own homes, providing personal care and support to enable them to live independently.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people's lives. You will work as part of a focused team to maintain the personal care needs of clients, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a caring and patient nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum Level 2 NVQ - Health & Social care qualification is preferred but not essential. If you have previous experience as a carer, this would be beneficial but not necessary.
