About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
">Lead and Manage the Customer Service Team:
">- You will lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer satisfaction.
- You will motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
- You will conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Develop and Implement Effective Customer Service Strategies:
">- You will analyze customer needs and behaviors to develop effective customer service strategies that meet business objectives.
- You will work closely with the customer service team to implement customer service initiatives and programs, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.
- You will monitor and evaluate customer service performance, making adjustments to customer service strategies as needed to optimize results.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
">- You will ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- You will work closely with the customer service team to develop and implement customer-focused customer service strategies, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will continuously gather customer feedback and insights, using this information to inform customer service strategies and improve customer experience.
Results-Driven Focus:
">- You will maintain a strong focus on results, with a clear understanding of business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- You will analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making informed decisions to optimize customer service performance.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
