We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team in the Exmouth, Budleigh, and Woodbury Cluster. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide person-centered care to patients in their own homes or alternative residential settings, promoting independence and optimizing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, provide, and review nursing care, advice, and information to patients and carers in a safe and professional manner.
- Maintain patients in their preferred place of care, enabling them to maximize their independence and quality of life.
- Work under the direction of the Community Specialist Nurse and the Nurse Team Manager, utilizing your skills and knowledge as a Registered Nurse.
- Hold a designated caseload and deputize in the absence of the Community Specialist Nurse.
