At Boston Consulting Group, we are seeking a skilled Data Protection Security Engineer to join our Information Protection team. This role plays a crucial part in shaping our global security strategy and architecture.

We are looking for an exceptional professional with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in data loss solutions and security engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and improve data security services globally.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in cloud security techniques, DevSecOps, and agile working environments. As a Data Protection Security Engineer, you will create and maintain technical service roadmaps for our data protection services, ensuring the architectural and operational effectiveness of our Secure Data team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with application development, data protection, information security, and risk management teams to design and implement data security solutions.
  • Improving data protection services based on input from internal and external stakeholders, technology teams, and the security industry.
  • Developing and maintaining technical policies and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Understanding and capturing requirements for data security services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
