We are looking for an experienced Care Services Leader to join our team of care professionals. As a Care Services Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants in delivering high-quality care services to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client-Centered Care: Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care services.
  3. Care Visit Support: Provide support and guidance to care assistants during care visits.
  4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services delivered to clients.

In this role, you will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, discretionary bonus scheme, and comprehensive training opportunities to further your career.
