We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Sales Leader to join our team at Veolia WTS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed key metrics for assigned targets and/or other project activities.
- Drive new sales activity across different Industry Groups to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Personally lead the prospecting and sales activities and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline primarily focussed in the North of England, working with all the relevant support functions.
- Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external key influencers.
- Encourage strong engagement with Sales Account Managers and assigned geographical Area Managers and industries.
- Achieving ongoing sales growth and profitability targets in the region selling the full portfolio of products and services in partnership with the Account Management Team.
- Providing a high-level of technical sales support to the Account Management team on a specific series of Industrial applications.
- Accurately forecast to the Sales Growth Leader UK and Ireland.
- BSc Degree, Chemistry or similar scientific discipline.
- Fluency in English.
- Relevant experience in Chemical Water Treatment Sales or related activities.
- Tools proficiency with PC skills, including proficiency in MS and/or Google platform.
- Excellent organisational, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable selling and presenting to medium/high levels within the Customer operation.
- Strong customer focus, sales mentality.
- Ability to negotiate successfully with Economic and Technical buyers and Procurement personnel.
- Availability to travel within assigned Area and occasionally abroad.
- Possession of a full driving licence.
