As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults in their own homes and communities, helping them develop skills that promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in their local community, and greater independence.
About the Role:- Oversee support packages, reviewing care plans and outcomes for the individuals we support.
- Support the development of the staff team, conducting supervisions and appraisals, ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities, and presenting yourself as a role model/mentor.
- Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service.
- Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting.
- Resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people.
- Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential.
