About the Role:
  • Oversee support packages, reviewing care plans and outcomes for the individuals we support.
  • Support the development of the staff team, conducting supervisions and appraisals, ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities, and presenting yourself as a role model/mentor.
  • Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service.
Requirements:
  • Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting.
  • Resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people.
  • Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential.
