Infrastructure Health and Safety Advisor

This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to the Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery team on all aspects of workforce health, safety, and environmental management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and compliance management processes and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, coaching, and guidance to the Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery team for issues of workforce health, safety, and environment
- Monitor and analyze workforce health, safety, and environment data for trends, produce reports, and make recommendations for corrective actions
Requirements
- National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH) Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures, and knowledge of environmental management systems
Benefits and Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
