Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Performance Lead to oversee contract performance across various accounts. This role involves close collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences from order placement to commissioning and handover.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contract management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and business operations.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring contract performance and identifying areas for improvement
2. Coordinating with sales and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
3. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance contract performance and customer satisfaction
