About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join our team at Hays Technology. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our internal IT framework, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT hardware and software issues
  • Manage Microsoft Office accounts and coordinate with external IT support teams
  • Set up new Gmail accounts and address general IT issues
  • Develop and implement secure firewalls and oversee the management of the ISO 27001 system
  • Implement Cyber policies and procedures
  • Travel across sites as required to support business needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to implement secure firewalls
  • Experience with ISO 27001 and Cyber policies
