Early Years Practitioner Level 3 Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our team at Bright Horizons Buckhurst Hill Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Level 3 qualified Practitioner to work with children, develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships, and promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs to encourage development towards key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
