Early Years Practitioner Level 3 Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our team at Bright Horizons Buckhurst Hill Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Level 3 qualified Practitioner to work with children aged [insert age range]. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities to promote child development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
