Pre-Employment Tutor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Employment Tutor to deliver high-quality training sessions to learners, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure employment. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions that cater to the needs of unemployed job seekers.
  • Learner Progress Assessment: Regularly assess learner progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored feedback to support their development.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of learners.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and a contributory pension.
