We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our team at JaK Consultancy. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing accounts within the commercial workplace design & build sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in furniture sales, with strong experience managing and developing end-user accounts. You will also have a deep understanding of the commercial workspace market and excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within the end-user market
  • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers (facilities managers, procurement teams, and business leaders)
  • Maintaining and growing revenue streams from existing clients through exceptional service and up-selling opportunities

The salary for this role is £85,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Essential qualifications and experience include:

  • A proven track record in furniture sales, preferably within the commercial workplace design & build sector
  • Strong experience managing and developing end-user accounts with measurable success
  • Familiarity with the A&D sales process and experience engaging with architects and designers
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
