Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Higher Apprenticeship Mineral Products Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth, with a competitive salary of £24,690 pa plus a £1,200 welcome bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager in achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.
  • Work closely with the operational team to drive performance improvements across the board.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and site operations, applying theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science.
  • A full UK driving license is required (or must be obtained before the start of the programme).
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to relocate during the programme to maximize learning opportunities.
