Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses, supporting recruitment and additional compliance duties, and managing the training of trainee/apprentice dental nurses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Support the practice manager in ensuring the smooth running of the dental nursing team.
- Manage the training of trainee/apprentice dental nurses, providing a supportive and learning environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Relevant live GDC registration.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
