Wilson James is a leading managed service provider dedicated to delivering tailored solutions and top-tier customer service. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and airport users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct people searches, x-ray screening, and bag searching to ensure no prohibited articles are taken into the airport.
  • Control access to the aerodrome, checking identification or travel documents for all passengers, staff, and airport users.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and assisting passengers with their journey through the airport.
  • Respond to and assist with emergency situations.
  • Carry out patrols of the airside and landside areas to ensure these locations are secure.
  • Investigate reports of incidents and attend to aircraft guarding and escort duties within site.
