We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Vending Operative to join our team at Caterpillar, Mill Hill, Peterlee. As a key member of our integral team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vending machines, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Fill and clean vending machines to the required levels, adhering to company SOPs and client-specific Service Level Agreements.
- Perform daily tasks on all vending machines, following company procedures and client requirements.
- Rotate stock in vending areas, on your trolley, and in the vending room.
- Maintain high levels of customer care, communicating effectively with customers and providing a courteous service.
- Perform other duties and manage projects as required, in line with business needs.
- Experience working in a similar contract catering or retail coffee shop environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Vending experience is also desirable.
- A driving license is desirable.
- You must be able to work well alone and as part of a team.
- You should be organized and able to work under pressure.
- Good numeracy skills are essential.
- An hourly rate of £11.44.
- A part-time schedule of 18 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, with shifts ranging from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
