Pharmacy Services Specialist

About This Role: As our 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional pharmacy services. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer and patient safety, developing pharmacy strategy, and building pharmacy capability of store teams.
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Delivering expert care and advice to customers and patients
- Developing pharmacy strategy and ensuring its implementation
- Building pharmacy capability of store teams through training and development
- Ensuring customer and patient safety through audit, observations, and risk assessment
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional registration with a pharmacy regulator
- Expertise in pharmacy operations and national/local services
- Strong communication skills to meet customer and patient needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
