Job Title: Expert Healthcare Provider

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to take on a leadership role in delivering pharmacy services and developing their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

About the Role

As an Expert Healthcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing expert care and advice to customers and patients, while also developing and implementing strategies to improve pharmacy operations. You will work closely with store teams to build their pharmacy capability and ensure customer and patient safety.

You will deliver professional pharmacy services and maintain high levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders and peers. In addition, you will develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pharmacy strategy to drive business growth
  • Provide expert care and advice to customers and patients
  • Build pharmacy capability of store teams
  • Maintain customer and patient safety through audit, observations, and risk assessment
  • Deliver professional pharmacy services
Requirements
  • Professional registration with a pharmacy regulator
  • High levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders and peers
  • Passion for community pharmacy and providing great care
  • Collaborative team-centered approach
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
  • Great communication skills to meet the needs of customers and patients
