Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the surgical team, comprising surgery assistants, nurses, and surgeons, to ensure targets for Laser Eye Surgery and Intraocular procedures are met through effective utilization of resources.
- Identify and implement systems to ensure world-class surgical treatments and appropriate patient outcomes.
