As an Early Years Assistant Leader at Springfield Primary School, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Your Key Duties
You will:
- Assist teachers in developing and implementing educational programs
- Lead small groups or one-to-one sessions to support children's learning
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the overall success of the school by maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £17,890, which includes a pro-rata salary based on the specified hours.
