Salary

The estimated salary for this role is up to £35,000 + bonus per year. The bonus scheme is performance-based and offers opportunities for career growth and development.

About the Role

As an Optometrist Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for dispensing optical services, including carrying out eye examinations, prescribing glasses and contact lenses, and providing guidance on visual health.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about working with patients and has excellent communication skills.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and access ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Specsavers Hitchin is located 2 miles from the A1, offering easy access to London.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • a degree in optometry or a related field;
  • current registration with the General Optical Council (GOC);
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • a strong understanding of optical principles and practices;
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
