Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team at Bupa. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
- A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment.
- Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, you have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
- An effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their loved ones.
- A passion to coach, guide, and support your team, as well as provide formal and informal programmes of training to colleagues and other care professionals.
- A respectful and compassionate team player with a commitment to giving your personal best.
