About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the internal land function, team management, reporting, and managing a network of land agents including legal support.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience within the renewable energy industry involving project management in either the solar PV, battery storage, or wind sectors. You will have a degree in Land/Legal/Planning or similar and be RICS qualified.
Key Responsibilities- Securing land agreements to support development and delivery of renewable energy projects
- Identifying and engaging with potential landowners, initial feasibility assessments, and negotiating heads of terms
- Assisting with the preparation and registration of land agreements including leases, options, wayleaves, and letters of authority
