**Job Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our service users, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Assist with household chores and maintain a safe and clean living environment.
  • Support service users with their daily routines, including meal preparation and transportation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
