Job Description:

The Rolls-Royce Product Line Steering Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the overall steering of the product line, including current and future model strategy, price and volume planning, market launch of new models, and lifecycle management of current products. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Configurator: Support the product configuration process, including integrations, systems testing, and new vehicle/feature support.
  • Product Representation: Collate assets for feature promotion in configurator channels.
  • Take Rate Analysis: Extract insights on feature performance for continued option uptake and market strategies.
  • Pricing Strategies: Support pricing updates for base models and options.
  • Engage in product-related activities, including events like the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
  • Work on projects related to new Rolls-Royce model launches.
  • Support the wider Product Management team.
