Production Quality Assurance Manager

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Control Manager to join our team at site D. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our team, as well as identifying and mitigating potential health and safety risks.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Champions in controlling product quality and standards, ensuring compliance with contractual and customer specifications.
- Communicate team objectives and goals, ensuring the Champions team completes tasks to agreed standards and specifications.
- Conduct customer-quality panels, audits, and presentations to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with business standards.
- Provide feedback to peer managers on concerns and benefits to identified standards and processing.
- Work with the Operational and Technical teams on specifications, handling first-level HR responsibilities for the team.
- Invest in coaching and developing the Champions and fellow peers on what good looks like to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to travel to customers on short notice.
- Food Safety Lvl 4, IOSH Managing Safety, Internal Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, and Understanding Microbiology.
- Problem-Solving, Dealing with conflict, Assertiveness, Flexibility, and Intermediate to expert in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
