We are working with a GP practice in Milton Keynes who require the support of a medical receptionist/administrator on a temporary or permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound calls from patients, booking appointments, managing post, scanning documents and updating patient details onto the database.

Duties include:

  • Taking incoming calls
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Managing post and correspondence
  • Scanning and digitizing documents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Our client requires someone with experience working within a GP surgery, preferably using SystmOne, and an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
