Neurophysiology Specialist

We are seeking two highly skilled Neurophysiological Scientists to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a registered Clinical Scientist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of neurophysiology.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidates will be expected to work across all areas of the department, with a focus on EEG modalities. You will be responsible for carrying out upper limb nerve conduction clinics, peripheral neuropathy screening clinics, and intraoperative spinal cord monitoring. Experience in sleep studies such as MSLT and PSG is a plus.
You will also be expected to write provisional reports, countersigned by Consultant Scientists, and participate in regular self-directed CPD sessions, department CPD meetings, and interesting case discussions.

Requirements- MSc Clinical Science (Neurophysiology) or equivalent
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist
- Experience at masters level of peripheral neurophysiology
- Intraoperative spinal monitoring experience
