Neurophysiology Specialist

We are seeking two highly skilled Neurophysiological Scientists to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality neurophysiological services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct upper limb nerve conduction clinics and peripheral neuropathy screening clinics independently.
- Write provisional reports that will be countersigned by Consultant Scientists.
- Participate in intraoperative spinal cord monitoring and sleep studies such as MSLT and PSG.
- Develop and maintain expertise in cerebral function monitoring.
- Contribute to regular department CPD and interesting case meetings.
- MSc Clinical Science (Neurophysiology) or equivalent.
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist.
- Experience at masters level of peripheral neurophysiology.
- Intraoperative spinal monitoring experience.
- Teaching and/or assessing qualification.
- Leadership qualification.
- ANS Part Two or ANS Professional Body Assessment in NCS.
- Professional body membership.
- Research and/or audit/service evaluation experience.
- Teaching and training or STP or practitioners.
