About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare teams across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and promote nutritional needs for patients
  • Assist in the recovery and recuperation of patients
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient care

Requirements

  • No previous experience or qualifications are required
  • Desire to deliver excellent patient care with the support and guidance of colleagues

Working Patterns

We care for our patients around the clock, so we will need you to work a range of shift patterns, including short shifts, day shifts, and night shifts. We offer minimum contracted hours of 23 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week.

Salary

The salary for this role is £23,615 to £25,674 per annum pro rata, depending on your shift pattern and working hours. You will also receive additional enhancements to your pay.
