About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Lydgate Lodge. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity at all times
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents and their families
  • Ensure accurate records of care provided and maintain strong relationships with colleagues
Requirements
  • Kindness and empathy towards residents and colleagues
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum, plus benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, life assurance cover, award-winning learning and development opportunities, and access to over 1600 high street discounts.
