About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, promoting a sense of security, dignity, and independence.
  • Administer medication, maintain accurate records, and ensure the safe handling of personal care equipment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address any concerns or issues, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
